While I did not hang around till the day 1 weigh-in, I did manage to do some research on the BBQ dinner by Brown's BBQ and Catering and must say that my Smoked Brisket Sandwich was outstanding!! Smothered in the Chef Stacey Brown's home made BBQ sauce, that sandwich was one of the best I have ever had. I'd highly recommend this catering service for any upcoming events!
