If anyone has a phone number for Ron Rushing, will you please p.m. it to me or text it to me at 916-833-2012. Ron, if you see this, give me a call and leave me a message if I don't answer. I am traveling this week but would like to attend the services for Eddie if I make it back to town in time.

I had just heard the news Eddie "Hitman" Flectcher was the coolest bass fisherman I had ever met. He will be missed with his cool smile and a laugh that would brighten your day. Hope you don't hog all the good spots in heaven. Travel well and God Bless you Eddie from Mark Chief Torrez

Was not expecting to see that when I clicked on the thread. I had the pleasure of fishing against Eddie growing up in my first semi pro tourneys where he used to kick my butt repeatedly but could never get mad because he was such a great guy. Then, when I decided to fish my first pro event, the last clear lake western open for BASS, my very first co-anglers was Eddie. He kept me calm and focused all day. He was the kindest and friendliest man I ever fished with. You will be missed.
