apparently this guy is to chicken **** to do this spearfishing in saltwater , and it's hard for me to believe that anybody in fish and game would do anything about this , they seem to be more concerned about illegal pot growers versus actual rule infractions on fishing .

He is clearly breaking limit rules but was he actually spear fishing? All of the fish look alive and well. I have seen guys snorkel with handlines and catch nice fish which I don't know is legal.

That is disgusting. Im good friends with many wardens and I will be talking with them about this and insisting they go after this asshole. He had best hope I dont see him on the water.
