My wife is starting to comment on the amount of empty tackle warehouse tubes in our garage. What do you guys do with them after you get a new rod? They seem too valuable to throw away, but I cant have this kind of evidence laying around either.

That's too funny! I'm in the same boat brotha! All of the free t.w. T shirts don't help much either. I've resorted to making brackets along my garage ceiling to store some of the tubes, and soaking the rest of them in water to break them down and put in my recycle bin to dispose of the evidence.

I keep two in the rafters for the ones that were "known" orders and anything that may need to get sent back for warranty or breaks, the rest of them I am fortunate enough to dispose of in the workplace recycle bin.............

DeWalt chop saw and into the recycle bin, much easier than the stomp and rip.

Keep two at the office storage area.

Dave.
