Going to fish Havasu in Feb, any suggestions on where to stay

The Quality Inn is fisherman friendly (lots of tournament out of here) as is the Travel Lodge. For that matter, most places are decent and safe. All are 5-15 minutes from Windsor launch ramp.

Any resorts/hotels/motels to stay where they have on docks to tie up?

London Bridge Resort has some slips, but you'd need to check for power availability. It could be on the pricey side.
