Maybe Jerry Brown can spend some of his Cal Fix Tunnel money to insure clean water by removing these, or, at a minimum, removing the diesel fuel and oil.

By all means, just add the cost to the price the State Water Project users pay for water they never get.

So why cant the fuel be removed, attach flotation to the boat, and drag it out about 20 miles, and SINK it !!

Better yet, lets tow them and all the other garbage in the delta to the proposed site of the twin tunnels.
