Bassmonkey; Salt water starts in the underground water supply contaminating well water used for irrigation, the local small family owned farms and orchards are out of business. Recreational fishing in the delta is important to all the folks who make a living from people visiting the delta, usually mom and pop business owners.
You may think losing your business is something to laugh at, it isn't funny to those folks who lost everything they have from several generations. The water doesn't go to everyone, 90% gets used by big agriculture business.

Water sells it's just business noting personal. Lake fishing not so bad. You will get use to it. We have got use to are central CA lakes being low and it happen every year they take them down past the legal limits below minimum- pool on all the lakes every year and they will do it this year. If you have extra water there going to sell it. It CA. You'll get over it.

So they can take control of public water, and make us buy our own natural resource. What's next, do they take control of the air we breathe?

I wonder how Goldman Sacks will find a way to charge us for the air, too.
Of course, the CARB will make sure it's clean air they sell back to us.

I guess we will have to get used to catching fish like this too.... This was the second one from a short stretch of bank in Mildred the other morning and I decided to take the photo.

About this no-jeopardy finding, and the take permit needed to kill off a percentage of an endangered species, that's like saying and condoning that if you have children or a family it's fine to kill off 25% of them because there's still enough left over to carry the breed.
