I fish the middle Ca Delta around Little Mandeville (filmed 9/18) with a spinnerbait focusing on tule banks, tulle points and rip-rap levees. You will see multiple fish hook-us and of course I provide multiple waypoints so you can go out and try to catch some yourself.
