The tool is used to make banded jig and spinnerbait skirts. Not sure about the tubing. I use clear shrink tubing.

@George

If you didn't catch this other thread, there are a few links to buy the pliers ... one is even under $10.

The tool is a different take on placing a band on a bait that looks like it works well. The bands are just silicone tubing.
I buy both silicone and latex tubing in various sizes and cut my own bands according to my needs. The only draw back I see is the bands and tool are separate. When I invented The banding tool. What every one calls a wacky tool is why I
put the band holding handle on the tool. Convenience and ease of use. The tool in the video is still a pretty cool spin on banding a bait.

if you type in silicone tubing in your internet search browser you will get multiple sources.Pick the size and quantity at the best price point and cut the tubing to the size that fits your need.

George,
I would choose tubing with an I.D. 1/16" smaller than the Senko baits you are using. The tubing wall thickness in 1/16"
would be fine. You can place the hook under the banded bait with the hook oriented parallel to the bait for Neko or Wacky rigging. You can also put the hook through the band so the hook is perpendicular to the bait whenWacky rigging.
I personally don't have or use any of Mr. Yamamoto's baits. I hope this helps you.
