Great advertisement for Triton.....

They know how to market their product. She is fishing the WBT and will get lots of publicity. Hint, Hint. If I had my own (small) bait company and needed advertisement, I would definately be calling her. One way to DOUBLE your income. No joke. All kidding aside. She will bring in the bucks for her sponsors, even if she doesn't catch any fish. Mel

she seems to be very enamored with "the twins" and has no problem featuring them for her benefit, NTTIAWWT (not that there is anything wrong with that...)

I would MUCH rather have...

...YOU rep my small bait company Mel (if I had one) - You can flat out FISH (and you're a lot prettier than Double D)!

Good Fishing!

Ron C

PS: Are you and Murph fishing Clear Lake?

I am serious. Triton is getting their moneys worth with her. I hear a lot of talk about marketing yourself and she "IS" the smart one, using all the (tools) to get noticed  Hey, I bet she gets even more sponsors now. Smart Woman.

No, We aren't going to Clear Lake. To many scheduling conflicts. That was our only Stren Tourney. We will be at Havasu in 2 weeks. Good luck at Clear Lake.

Could you imagine if...

Thanks Ron...The fishing should be better next week. The water temp. was 55 last Thursday. Ten days of warming should make that lake fun to fish again. Man what a tough bite last week. Did I say tough? I meant nonexistant "for me". What a bummer.

...I posted that LONG before I learned of your incredible accomplishments (and assets).

Actually, I was merely complimenting my FAVORITE lady angler Melanie McBride. She is a great lady and an outstanding angler (and her husband Murph ain't no slouch either - Har Har!).

As far as your challenge, you're on. I can beat you with both of my arms tied behind your back! (Did I say that out loud?). Seriously, I would love to fish with you. I have not yet fished in Texas, but I can assure you that I will one of these days. A very good friend of mine recently moved to Lufkin and has invited me to visit and fish with him. I'm sure that I could squeeze you into my schedule.

By the way, all of us here on the WB.com forums sincerely appreciate your posts and your good naturedness (is that a word? – well, you know what I mean).

Sorry Janet....

I'm SURE Ron was just trying to make ME feel better, cuz he knew I had a HORRIBLE tournament the week before at Havasu. Although, Ron is probably pretty excited right now because he has a "personal" invitation on your boat. Catch a BIG one for Ron  Good Luck on the Tour. Mel

I'd take Melanie in the back of my boat any time. Hell, as far as ANY AAA go's (male or Female) I'd take Melanie over any of them.

Just had to give you a hard time  Seriously, if you are in Texas make sure you let me know. I would love to take you fishing and if you are nice I will show you how I make buzz baits!!!
I do love to fish, it has been my one "constant"" passion in life. After going to school and getting 3 separate B.S. degrees....I am fishing for a living!

WOW, Thanks Pete.....

You and Mel about the baits "santa" sent you two and the info that came along wth them.. when we get to Havasu, you, Mel and I have to go visit the nearest hypnotist so he can erase all that info out of your minds until after the Pro Am. If I draw Melanie as my AAA(please God let it happen), I'll explain everything to her again the day we fish. At the end of the day ...its back to the hypnotist for some more brain washing for Mel.

Murph and Mel...remember these words...YOUR FEELING SLEEPY...................
