I know I’ve watched it back multiple times trying to decipher what else I could have done. Thought she was going to give me the chance.

Great video. Hard to work those fish with it so dirty. After seeing the footage, she seemed willing to bite with a little more work but you would never be able to tell with the water clarity the way it was.

I know. You had to be right on top of em to see anything.
Didn’t even realize she was staring down the jerkbait like that till after I reviewed the footage.

Another great video, that was a big mama for sure. Looks like she wasn't protecting a bed yet and they can be brutal to get when they are in that stage. Who knows come back later and she may be hot or gone. A drop shot with a lizard or bream color ?

I'm sure there were a few things I could have done differently!

Always right especially when in the moment, I didnt mean to come off preachy just pontificating. What else would have worked on this fish, I am sure you did the same thing over and over as well

I could have thrown a lot of other baits at it, didn't try anything big, Sometimes they like to choke a Hudd on beds!
