No life jackets on for 2 brothers killed after their boat overturned while fishing

Two brothers were killed after their boat overturned on the Potomac River Sunday, police say.
Maryland Natural Resources Police said the small boat overturned near the mouth of Mattawoman Creek in Charles County, Maryland. They received a call about 12:12 p.m.
Authorities found the bodies of Fermin Alvarado, 45, and Matias Alvarado-Arrue, 31, a few hours later. They were not wearing life jackets.
