Does any one know of any good free public boat ramps off Hwy 12 coming from Fairfield?

B&W or Tower Park, not free though

The only free ramp I know of on the Delta is off Mount Diablo on HWY 5.

It's 10 bucks to launch at most of the facilities around the delta and it is worth it. What you get for that 10 bucks (a bag of 6" senkos) is a usable maintained launch ramp, parking facilities, dock and most of the time security or marina activity. I would be leery launching at a free ramp thinking my rig would be broken into or gone when i get back.

I'm not familiar with any "free" ramps per say but i try top stay away from any sketchy situations!

Fwiw Orwood raised their fee to $13 and Russo's is now $12

Maybe a cool sticky thread to compile all the Delta launch ramps and their prices....who's got time for some homework?? lol

Ok I will quit being such a penny pincher. 10 bucks sounds good. That's cheaper than Clear Lake mussel sticker.
Maybe I can talk a friend into splitting the launch fee.

All in for avoiding bridge tolls also. Ha.
