Maricopa County deputies investigating deadly shooting at Saguaro Lake marina

SAGUARO LAKE, AZ — One person is dead after a shooting occurred at Saguaro Lake Friday evening.

The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) says deputies responded to the marina around 4:30 p.m. Friday regarding an altercation at the marina repair shop.

MCSO says during the altercation, 33-year-old Bradley Callow was shot and later died from his injury.

I'm surprised we don't hear about more instances like this. Twenty years ago when I was taking my 8 year old daughter fishing on the Delta my protective hackles were up and I packed heat for awhile, since we were launching at the butt crack of dawn.
