The pilot light from an in-garage water heater is enough to ignite the fumes. Or an in-garage HVAC unit.
Be sure to have the garage door open, and a fan blowing out from behind your boat, to get those fumes out.
And a 3M painters mask with an organic vapor filter, to protect your lungs and brain from the same fumes.
