Looking at having a new aluminum boat trailer built for my Champion 171. My current trailer is steel tubing and rusting from the inside out. Wondering if any of you out there have had one built and who you used. I would love some reviews and recommendations.

I think the problem is the tube, not the steel. The tubing doesn't ever fully dry, so it rusts from the inside out, and, by the time you see a problem, it's too late.
Open C channel steel trailers, coated with a road armor/type coating, will last a long time. They have no hidden compartments to hold water and rust.
Remember, your boat trailer is only under water when you launch and retrieve, and it will dry out between dippings as long as it can drain.
Contact Pacific Trailer in SoCal and see what they can do for you. I'm sorry but I don't have their contact info, but you can google them.

Had a custom trailer built to replace a trailer that also used tube frames. it rusted out from the inside especially at the wishbone near the front. FE Trailers in Lakeside, Ca built the replacement and did an excellent job. It is still a tube frame but I had them drill small drain holes on the bottom and powder coat it. No problems since. 619-444-9932
