Powell Rod Give Away Contest

I do these kinds of contests on the Southern Board once in a while and I think it's time to start doing some on the Northern Board. Guess the winning weight at the National Bass West Lake Nacimiento tournament this Saturday the 18th, closest guess wins a Powell Rod.
The rules are simple, closest guess without going over wins. You get one guess and it must be in by Midnight Friday March 17th. This contest is for the North only. The "North" is from San Luis Obispo County North. Post your guess as a response to this post. Check the weights before you post. If someone already has guessed the weight you wanted pick another one. First weight in gets it. Winner will be announced Monday March 20th.

Is the Weight going to be in lbs and ounces or in lbs and hundreths? If Lbs and oz. my guess is 18lbs. 7oz. If its lbs and hundreths my guess is 18.45
