At least “ the tourney isn’t on the same days !

It’s one of the top rated bass lakes in the nation with high demand for tournaments for every weekend out of the year. It’s hard enough for orgs to not have derbies on the same day but impossible to not be on the same lake during a practice period. Won Bass anglers are probably stoked to see the early spring warm weather

Gonna be some giant “sacks” weighed in’ for both events !....

I am curious, I thought orgs had to apply for a permit in June or July the prior year at the Jamboree?
So if I have that right, why are we learning in February about an April tournament.

Also is it $200.00 plus an additional $20.00 each day ($40.00 total) for big fish?

You pull your permits at the jamboree. You may or may not use them, you can trade them etc..
The org can market the event whenever- it’s clear lake we’ve seen BASS launch out of Konocti or 5th street and 100 boats launch out of red bud on the same day - permits are by county or district. Same with the Delta you could have 3-4 major events on the same day.

Good part is WON bass guys can make $$ during prefish
