BassPro needs to make this right!

So here’s the update from the day I bought the boat to today (October 8th-June 27th).
This has been nothing but BS dealing with bass pro.
-Missing break trailer
-Missing driver side cleat
-Fender fell off on the way home from bass pro with the new boat
-Both graphs burnt out (bow & console) in two months of owning the boat.
(((((Now bass pro wants me to go to the DMV for them to pay some fee owed by them to tranfer the old trailer to the new one)))))
-my horn doesn’t work
-my rubrails fall off easy

Check out the video!

So sorry to hear that you are STILL having issues with Bass Pro Shops! Thanks for the heads up for all of us considering buying a boat with them, no matter WHAT the BRAND that they now currently own. Is Kent Brown aware of these new issues? If so I am sure he will help out. Keep us posted!

I wanted to drop in here and let everyone know that has been following this post that we have been able to help Dave with his issues and get them corrected. We have his new trailer here now and will be making arrangements for a swap to put his new boat on the new trailer. We have replaced and upgraded both of his depth finders at no charge, installed the mid ship cleat and he has gone to DMV and taken care of the paperwork that he had to do personally for the trailer transfer and will cover the cost of the transfer paperwork.

We will get his boat scheduled at the Manteca BPS since it is closer to him to fix any other warranty issues such as the horn and rub rail in the near future and on Dave's schedule.

We have compensated Dave for all of his frustrations with a $500 Bass Pro Gift Card and hopefully we have all the issues figured out so he can fish and enjoy his new boat. We appreciate Dave's patience and apologize for any frustration but we have made sure we helped him and value him as a customer.

Kent, thank you for stepping in and helping out, you demonstrate what customer service should look like but unfortunately nowadays doesn't always happen that way. You are the ultimate professional and hopefully this all works out for our boat buyer.
