There are currently 15 locations in the state that are forecasted to exceed flood stage and 30 forecasted to reach monitor stage in the next 5 days. Areas that are forecasted to reach flood stage will continue to be watched closely by the Flood Operation Center, who are coordinating with local agencies in those locations to make sure flood infrastructure is being monitored so flood fighting specialists, equipment, or other resources can quickly respond.

With many California river locations forecasted to reach flood stage by Monday, the State-Federal Flood Operations Center (FOC) will continue to provide direct assistance to local flood emergency responders including supplying flood fight materials, flood fight crews, and construction contracts for placement of larger flood fight materials such as rock.

So, Where are the 15 locations? And the 30? That would be better info to know than a couple pictures.
