Shaded Relief question

I have the Navionics platinum card for the west region for my Lowrance HDS live 12's. Shaded relief works great on one of the lakes (Clear Lake), but when I try to use it on another lake that its supposed to be available on (Lake Berryessa) the entire lake shows up as red. When I use the navionics app on my iPad and turn shaded relief on, it works perfectly on Berryessa, but won't work on my Lowrance unit. Ive tried updating and deleting all the data on the card and reloading, with no results. Any thoughts as to what I may be doing wrong or how to possibly fix this?
