Who is the best caster (baitcaster) you know?? Looking for some higher level instruction - paid. Help with the more subtle presentation casts like Bobby's frog cast, spiral, flip, underhand, and such. Any ideas, contacts, suggestions? Appreciate it.

Dee Thomas passed away last year, so uTube has videos for flipping, pithing by Gary Klein, Skip casting by G-Man, roll casting by Hank Parker, etc.
I believe you/should first master proper basic bait casting skills before jumping into advance skills.
The bait casting reel works efficiently with the reel spool perpendicular to the water surface in lieu of parallel or the handle at 12 o’clock in lieu of 3 o’clock. This means the reel handles should be pointed to your ear at the top of the casting motion, the rod isn’t a baseball bat.
bait casting motion is in the wrist not your arm.

I suggest a day on the lake with a guide and state your intention that you want to help with your casting technique. I have had two guys who helped me better my casting; one in presentation and placement, Cooch. And the other one in dare I say ergonomics and mechanics, Randy Pringle. I spent time fishing with Cooch and he helped me with my chicken wing arm when flippin and pitchin. Spending time with Randy has helped me in circle casting and backhand casting (one of the best I've fished with) I recommend a day on the Delta with Randy Pringle "The Fishing Instructor." Yes, we can watch a lot of YouTube but there is something about having a person who can watch you and help you adjust in real time so that you can develop good muscle memory. It's worth it to spend the time with someone who knows and can teach.

Really just need to go do it. Start with something heavy and tighten the brake a little.
When I wanted to learn to pitch I went out on my parents dock and kept at it till it just got easier.

Ditto - learned casting into a bowl or a "ring" in the yard

When I met Randy, he had me casting under low branches in a field.

When I met Dee, he had me flippin practicing with zero splash entrance into the water.

All things you can work on solo.
