I don't smoke, but used that same example to help a friend to quite about 6 years ago! he always complained he didn't get enough breaks at work. I said, WHAT?! Dude, how many times do you go out and smoke each day? he said 7-8. How long does that take? 5 minutes. DUH! That's 35-40 minutes you could have eaten!!

It's a great quest your on, my father smoke 5-6 packs a day all my life! I can't even picture him without one in his hand. He passed away, way to early at 55. Now all the fishing we could have done, will never happen. So, your making the right decision for both you, your friends and your family!

Like I said on the Auggie/Cooch post. You now have the conviction you need to see it through. You've got it now bud and there will be no turning back!

I'll bet you are even starting to feel one helluva lot better overall, too. And your sense of smell and taste is coming back. That's one of those things you never really realized were muted, but all of the sudden you notice. Kind of like when you get your first pair of eyeglasses. Geez you can see individual needles on a pine tree 500 yards away. You never realize you can't see it untill all of the sudden you can.
