Active target update help

All 3 units (2 HDS Live 12's and HDS Live 9) show the explanation icon, while recognizing the chip. I've tried each one individually too. It says " unable to update from this unit" Go to the web page to see how to upload. This is the second chip I've downloaded from the Lowrance website and the 25.2 active target update is the only file on the card.
Can anybody tell me what's wrong.

The hds you can place your 32 card in the slot and do update over your WiFi if you allow your depth finder to connect to your home WiFi or hot spot from phone.
The active target is a rw file. Down load from Lowrance onto your home computer then transfer to 32 card. Then place card in depth finder and download. There are several videos on the YouTube for this.
I am hoping the 25.2 for active target is better than 25.1 that one sucked!

Thanks 896, but I've done that twice using 2 different new 32 gig cards. None of the units will accept the update. They'll show the update, but have an exclamation icon where the check box should be. Also , the boat is not where WIFI is accessible.

I know you don't want to hear this FE, but seriously! Go Garmin!! If Lowrance customer service is still as bad as it used to be, switch to Garmin and don't look back! Good luck!

Hooray! Thanks to Ken Mah I was able to navigate my unit and install the AT 25.2 update.....that is according to my unit. However..........I can't see the circling of a way point, or the new offset and the other units in the network indicate No Source. The module is flashing Green and Red, not Amber which indicates a power problem, however all batteries are fully charged, so although AT works on the bow unit, it is No Source on the console. Looks like I'll be looking for Mr. Mah again.

On the back unit, check your “sources”
Try this
Highlight the AT page you want to use
On the right side hit menu
Then go the source or transducer
There should be multiple transducers in your set up
Select AT2, ensure the front grap and the AT2 are on.
I’d 100% be able to set them up for you the next time I saw you.
