A few of us are getting together Thursday night for a while to play some poker. We are gonna play tournament style Texas Holdem with only a 5 dollar buy in. Everyone will get the same amount of chips and it will be no limit tournament style. We arent playing anything high dollar, just the 5 bucks each. If we can get 8-9 people the payout will be 1st and 2nd. We are just playing to pass some time and get together with friends...nothing too serious.
We will probably play 2-3 tournaments because they usually take about an or so each. We dont plan to play too late..maybe till 10;30 or so...

If you were a little closer I'ld be interested in some Texas Hold-Em lessons.

I'm a 7-card stud player, but its getting pretty hard to find a game these days since TV done went gone and made everybody want to play hold-em.

If you play online I will play! I used to play nightly on Fulltiltpoker and Doylesroom.com but there is no time now with the making of a new online shop. GRRRR. Wish I was playing poker with you guys.

That would mean I was back home in the good ole USA...
