Fishing was pretty good for numbers. But I lacked the Quality. Quite a few over 8lbs brought to the scales. Weed kill really afected the bite I think. 90% of all the fish I caught were in open water. I rented a house in Discovery Bay for 3 nites and it made the trip so much better than motel living. I would highly recomend Don Davis place to any one making a trip to the Delta. Fishing on the Delta is always a blast.
