Hey guys im still driveing a little boat and exploring the delta a little at a time. Where is the closest launch to franks tract, and can I stay out of the wind there? Want to throw my new jig rod, or try froggin. Im not totally set on franks, I have just heard allot about it. The only launch ramp I know is orwood and a 20 mph boat takes a long time to that far, so I never tried it. I promise I will through them all back, I eat steak anyway.

Like he said Russo's, Sugarbarge or Beacon, you can duck out of the wind into piper, sandmound or dutch to stay out of the wind, plenty of fish in all of those area's.

Thanx, I went to orwood. Fished in disco all day, from about 5 am to 9 pm. I got about 25 fish to 4 1/2 pounds. Was really slow and nothing really big. Hard a hard time finding sinko fish, had to throw them deep into shade pockets. Jigs worked good, put they hit them at the shore line and would come right at you, and even with the 7 to 1 reel it was hard to catch up to them.
