Mercury Mechanic Close to Bay Area

Mercury Mechanic near Bay Area?
Anyone know of a good Mercury mechanic near
to the Bay Area? I have a 2000 150 carb'd engine
that has always struggled to idle and is really
finicky getting on plane.

I have two places for ya'...
First choice would be Mossdale Boats in Lathrop. Jerry is phenomenal with Merc's.. I am partial though because all those guys at that shop are awesome people and offer fast service...

There is also Boatmaster's of Dublin, they do good work also but use a Dyno for the engine and don't tend to water test much because of location.

Best Mercury Mechanic around would be Inland Marine in Antioch Ca.
Frank and his crew really know their stuff and do high quality work at a good prices.

I've owned a 150 Merc XR6 for quite a long time, the merc 150 always was hard starting which is typical for the XR6, I also became aware that with a full tanlk of gas and full livewells it was hard getting on plane.
D&R Marine in rodeo is aggod chioce also.
