Hook storage?

Was wondering how everyone else stores their hooks?
Currently, my hooks stay in the mfgrs pkg on a shower curtain ring and my weighted hooks (falcon) are on a separate ring. The metal ring doesn't seem to rust (it shouldn't since it is used in the shower), but I am always open to better ideas.
Thanks,
Scott

I keep all of my hooks, weights, beads, swivels etc in old medicine bottles. I write whats inside on the top of the cap, works for me.

For me, nothing beats a shallow Plano 3700 box, not the Pro-Latch, but the one with the black latches.
The shallow box is nice so you don't have to reach down into a small compartment to get a hook or weight, (I don't have the most graceful fingers on the planet!) and the divider system in these allows for pretty much any possible compartment size. In that box, I've got 12 types of hooks and 18 different types of worm weights, and the forward most try is still 2/3's empty.
The box is super efficient, and there is no sifting thru pakages or rooting thru broad compartments to find the right hook.
Hope this helps,

I have all my hooks in the wallet type bags. You can zip lock them in and keep them moisture free. I keep them in their original packaging. I run three of them. One for finesse hooks, one for heavy hooks, and one for weighted hooks and spinner heads. Walmart is selling a Quantum bag that is very nice and cheap. I bought three of them and converted over. The Tackle Logic ones are not as nice and the adhesive bag holders start to fail after awhile. I put tags on each bag so I could tell them apart.

Prior to the shower ring, I had my hooks in a Plano box about 1/2 the size of a 3600. Even went to the extent of cutting magnetic tape and sticking it to the bottom of each compartment to prevent the inevitable dropping of the open box on the deck.
The other problem I encountered with the box I used was the hooks were always migrating between the compartments in the box.
It was certainly quicker getting a hook out of the box. That is when I didn't spill some hooks. In those instances it took longer.
Thanks for the ideas guys.

I use a medium Plano box (one of the economical ones). One that I can take out of the boat and place in my fishing bag real fast for Co-Angler work. The one additional thing I’m starting to do is remove all bags and place the hooks on a paper clip. I open the paper clip and slid the hook eye onto the clip and close. This keeps it all together for me and does not wander to the next compartments in the box.

This Falcon Terminal Tackle storage box works great for me...

The dividers are "permanent" so the hooks don't migrate from compartment to compartment.

That Falcon box is a great box. I have one, but do not use it for hooks. I have a lot of my other terminal takcle in it though.

A good choice are the Flambeau boxes with the Zerust. Since using these boxes I don't have to worry about my hooks rusting and believe me I have alot of hooks. I carry three boxes of hooks in my boat at all time.
My sponsors treat me well and I'm never shy about handing out free hooks to people who need some.
