Did you buy that Ranger with the blown [power head i saw in the ads

no jigs i wish i did. i am currently looking to invest the dough. my wife has given me the blank check to write "for boat" but my limit would be 6-7500k. if i do spend it i am thinking of getting a boat hull only or boat with blown motor and later reinvesting in a motor, rebuilt or new.

in the mean time i could still fish out of "my ole faithfull" untill i stack some more dough.

so input guys. i really like those basscats but a ranger would be grat too. time will tell.

Those guys are giving you prices for a powerhead made from GOLD! Going price for a Merc 200 hp Rebuilt powerhead on Scream and Fly is from $1500 to $2500, plus you will have probably $200-$300 in shipping. If you are looking at the Ranger in the Classified, a guy is selling a '95 200hp EFI for $3500 on S&F, which is a little high IMHO.
