amen.. i prefer to go big twice not once. I use to throw the 3oo te gt and its a excellent reel, but i cant argue the price and the fishability. I get 3 reels for the price of one and there isnt too big of a difference.

Our Curado 300D/E spool is not wide enough to require a non disengaging level wind. The line angle is not too excessive to hinder the casting performance of the reel. The non disengaging level wind could hinder casting distance as it is added friction.

No thank you bantam.. your product has allowed me to boat many swimbait fish with the greatest of ease. The 300 makes a sweet frog reel too. I like the lighter spectra and wider spool make it easier to get longer cast with a frog.
