Folsom Lake

hi all!
i've never been to folsom before so, all the help will be much appreciated...
i will be camping at the peninsula campgrounds labor day weekend... no boat... shore fishing only...
i need pointers for:
- close locations to fish (i was going to start at the closest main lake points)
- lure colors
- best three lures to use for this time of year (granted i am limited to the shore line)
- hopefully i can figure out what lures to use, but any suggestions would be sweet!
