Was a real good tourney. For all the Pudd laughers out there, you missed out. I think there were 3 or 4 bags over 20 lbs! Mtch & Stan won it with almost 24 lbs...Lots of big fish weighed & twenty six boats. Well run & a good time...The Pudd went off with some serious weight for a small lake ! Go to the next one & find out personally!! Good job ABA.....

Dude weighing in front of me. Had three fish for over 20, w/ an 8 lb kicker. I had 13 and a half and bailed, so did many w/ 16-18 lb bags. Good event though, friendly staff, friends, hot dogs. My only problem is that there was no checkin boat and alot of people were late and no dq's. Other than that nothing like 10 mins to home after a tourney.

5 fish someguy

3 fish over 20 is always stinky.

That reeked of cheese from my vantage point. Good for him though those were some solid fish.

I first heard it was 3 fish but later heard it was 5, didn't see them weigh in. But good fishing that night.

I saw the 3 fish 20 pound sack but I first heard Mitch had 3 fish for 23 then heard it was a limit. My partner and I got lucky for a 22.4 pound limit and I missed the director awarding first place.

I fished Puddingstone from the bank about three weeks ago and didn't get a sniff. Can I get a few tips?

I am in the Army and live at Ft Irwin near Barstow and dont have a boat and can only go about once every three weeks due to work. If you are one of the tournament guys and don't want to let the cat out of the bag send me a PM.

I know there are should of, could of and wourld of. But Mark and I had at least 5 fish hit our baits that should of won the tournament for us. That lake is known for fish swating at the baits. I have had alot of fish do that on Puddingstone. Mark had the first fish on a drop shot. At first we thought it was a Catfish because of the way it was acting. Then it surfaced and I had a heart attack. Mark then caught the next fish on a bait that I can't disclose because of the next tournament coming up. I then caught the next fish on the same spot that I caught a 8.75 that we won the second tournment in 2005. It was on the same bait that Mark caught our second fish on. We had a good and fun night and can't wait for the next one.

I can tell you that it was'nt caught on a Mcspin. I wish it was. You can bet that if it was and I say it was it was. All the pictures of the fish in my photo book are caught on the Mcspin. I have had people tell me that when I catch a big fish to put the Mcspin in the mouth and take a picture. I won't do that. It's like when I hang a Plaque on the wall at home I want to know that I earned it fairly.

If you think there were boats coming in late why didnt you say something to Bill or Pops. Yes you were right they was no boat on the water checking you in. We had two flights and I was watching for late boats and taking pictures. From my vantage point there were no late boats. Thanks to all that came out and surporting Bill and the ABA Turny. Pops

Pops, I ain't knocking you guys. You guys did great and Bill is a cool TD. It's your tournament you run it the way you want. if you have someone standing on the dock checking people in it might make it easier to enforce the weighin times. Hey I didn't come close to winning, but had a lot of fun out there from start to finish. Thank you guys for a fun tourney.
