I like the Gloomis cranking rod in med for top water..loads up great on fish, and dont miss too many hookups. Thats just me though.

Lami 705 R for spooks, can't beat glass. BPS Rick Clunn series 6'6" Topwater for poppers.

I had tried a bunch of different rods and the best one i have found to date is the Dobyns 733c , best spook rod made !
It just has the perfect tip action to work the baits right .

since i am a dedicated Loomis man, there is nothing better than a G Loomis PR845C in IMX. Accuracy in casting and a strong backbone to fight the big ones.
