About $200 or so...
Seriously though, the GLX is the premium model line, while the IMX is the intermediate line. The GLX typically use the best guides that Loomis offers, while the IMX rods use slightly lower-end guides. Most, if not all, are Fuji, so they're good guides regardless.
I've got a bunch of both, and think that the IMX is really the better value for the dollar. The GLX is a bit more sensitive perhaps, and they use a different graphite scrim on the GLX line than they do on the IMX... still both very well made IMHO.

I agree with tunaman's analysis of the rods. I also use both - for clients and myself. It is fun to see client's faces light up when they make their first cast with a GLX!! My personal night fishing is always with GLX - the sensitivity is unmatched. I am impressed that only 3 rods have broken in the past decade or so with constant use in my guiding and fun fishing - hundreds upon hundreds of trips. And clients can be pretty tough on them sometimes! Finally, remember that before GLX, the Loomis IMX rods were tops in the bass world.

I'm a Loomis guy and I love that line of rods! When I first started buying Loomis rods I had the same question between the imx and glx. I asked someone that was very experienced with Loomis and he shared with me that glx is without question the best of the line of Loomis rods but the imx will hold up much better if you are hard on your equipment. They do offer a very good warranty policy so you can't go wrong with anything they offer. Like Larry said at one point the imx was their top of the line rod I personally have several glx rods along with imx rods and I'm locked in!
Rick...
p.s.
Ron I will take your drop shot rod!
