Do you buy "senko" immitations on ebay? NO

Wolfe Tackle probably makes the best Knock off Senko. But I would limit its use to C riggin' and maybe flipping but thats it. I wouldn't use it for its normal use.....

bought a 50 pack from this guy but had to send them back because the plastic smelled burnt. He re-poured them for me and they still mell burnt, although not as much. the plstic is harder them GY baits so the salt does not come out easily. HE does have great customer service by taking hte batch back and re-doing them for me. As far as the quality, it is not the same as GY's biat.

There is no such think as a Senko imitation. Only the Senko is a Senko, the others are just cheap copies that work sometimes and never like the original. You get what you pay for. Bill K

Imitation means copy... Yamamoto just get so damn expensive! I buy the cheap ones and peg them with a weight and get just as many fish.

I found one I like better than the Senko. Softer yet sturdier and sinks at the same rate. Made by Northland Baits called a Slurpie dip-stick. I love the peanut butter and jelly laminate color. So do the bass. Great Delta and Clear Lake color.

$350. for a 9 pack. They have a notch for rigging the worm weedless. I'm ordering 90 very soon.

I never buy any stickbait without them sending a sample. Most are FLOATOS and/ or are bad plastic, stiff, or burnt smelling. If they wont let u test drive it then...

Looking for a link for the Northland Dip-Stick found that
they are carried by Bass Pro Shops, just enter Dip-Stick in their
"Search For" box.

"Northland Fishing Tackle's Dean Rojas Slurpies Dip-Stick Worm is many tournament-proven pro's first choice when rigging worms with a Carolina rig," $3.99 for 9. Considerably cheaper than Senkos IF they work!

The only knock offs I ever buy are the Yum Dingers. They have caught me a hell of a lot of fish and I see very little difference between those and real Senkos. They both work equally as good for me.

I have a ton of the BPS Stick-O's mostly cause of the price and they work. Not as limber as a Senko but they also last twice as long. The 6 and 7 1/4" versions are great and they have a ton of colors in the bigger sizes. The 6 and 7 1/4 are killers on CL.

I have been in the golf business for many years. I tell customers all the time that you have to remember, "Knock Off's / Copies / Immiations / Clones / ect." are only made to look like the original. Yes they may still work, but the feel, the performance, the action, it's just not there. Your thinking I just want to sell a higher priced name brand product so I can make more $$$ right. Well I hate to to tell you, but I make a lot more money on non-name brand product than the original  . Just my .002

A Senko is a Senko, there are some that get close, but nothing can touch the GY Senko.

I've used this guy on EBay: Luckieoz. He's out of Michigan and his product is Anise scented with a sink rate as good as the Senko.. a step above other imitations I've tried. As for guys that say only a Senko is a Senko; just keep paying that $6-$7 per bag.

I started using the 5" Shimi Stick from Strike King several months ago. They're salty, plus looks, feels, and sinks like a Senko. Cost $2.96 for 8 pack at Walmart. I've had good luck with them in the Delta. Texas or wacky style, also drop shot.

Stike king Zeros last forever. I have more confidence in the regular Senkos but the zeros work great. You only lose them when they break off. They stretch about a foot and pop right back. I bought 2 pack over a year ago, use them all the time and still have some left.

The Zeros are great, I don't use them as often as I should, but they do last forever.

As for Senkos on ebay, the slim senkos aren't bad, they're loaded with salt and have a very appealing action, and yeah, can't go wrong with $12 for fifty of 'em!
