Any suggestion or sights I can use to find a fair price for a boat I'm selling in the classifieds?

NADA.com will be a good place to dial in the pricing. They have options for most everything you would need. For the items that you cannot account for, I would take about 50% of their new value and go from there.

It's a tough time to sell a boat right now. If the price is low enough, a lot lower than what NADA says, it will sell. The problem is the number of used boats on the market right now. It's definitely a buyer's market for boats.

I would say cheaper than NADA or whatever guide you might be using.

Just some info from the sidelines.

I am not selling mine, but it seems like many guys are, and the market is a buyers one.

I was just recently trying to figure out the value of mine for some bank papers.

Yeah, Thanks guys. I indirectly have used nada. I got a quote from BPS first 3280 then they called back and back pedaled saying 2200. Now they don't seem to want to do a trade in, suggesting that the market is great for used boats, and how I'lll sell mine in a second. They used nada as an intial method, but I'm guessing they don't want to get saddled with a used boat. Which is funny because I'm trying to buy an 08 from them.

What year and model and motor size do you have? What are you looking at buying? How much do you want for your boat?

I may be able to swing something for you. Give me a call.

I have some 08 and 09 Ranger, Champion and Nitro's closeouts
