Am I asking way to much?

I know its not all new stuff but if you were to buy what I am tossing in with the boat it is around 4 grand in stuff or better. Of course the hogs and worms are all new never used but even the used stuff is ok. I am just suprised I have not had even one single offer
The boat new was over 16,000. Are times that bad for everyone?
I would hate to go through all the BS of selling one thing at a time. I would then get stuck with things and trying to be sales man for ever

. So I know that everyone wants things for nothing so how low must one go
Don.

Its a tough thing to do when you sell everything as one. I parted my boat out just so I could get the price of the boat down. Before I did that I had maybe one call. I ended up making more then I was asking for everything.

Not to discourage you, but a fellow has had his "06 boat (looks new) out on a main street - for sale all summer. It is still there. I don't know if he is pricing it right however.

I think you would be better off selling all your tackle as one item and the boat as a separate item.

Don. I feel your pain my friend. Awhile back I was in need of some $$ fast as well and had to part with some of my gear. I know its not the best place to run an add but I sold it on craigslist. It took about a week and I had alot of call's but the first guy that came and looked bought everything for what I was asking. 5 rod and reel combo's GONE! Hard to replace now! Good luck to you. Gumpa

Don I agree with adman. You would probably do a lot better if you broke it up into a few groups. Like the baot and all boat stuff.
all swimbait gear and baits and all regular gear and tackle.
That way your not selling things one at a time but you might have an easier time selling everything

The bad thing about selling all the "stuff" by it's self is I know then I will have a boat with no tackle. I would not like that.
Oh well..... I will see what time does.
So far on Craigslist I got some lame *** of an offer for the tackle and another jerk trying to get me to do some computer stuff for side money
It's all just another lame experience

Don, from what I can see and knowing you, I think you are just about giving it away as it is..If I had the cash, you would already be out of the fishing business..Unfortunately for both of us, I do not..All I cvan say is hang in there and it will sell, maybe not as soon as you would prefer, but it will sell..

Don, your price is more than fair.
People looking for a boat probably have at least a good selection of gear/tackle. They may want to expand the selection, especially stuff like your swimbait gear, but I know when I upgraded to a newer boat it was a reach in itself.
I would bet you could make a better deal for yourself and others by separating the tackle from the boat and retain the offer to combine them for one price as well.
I wish I had some $$$ right now...best of luck and prayers for your health. Wes

This is my thoughts exactly...if I had the money I would do this in a minute. I would buy the lot and then sell off the equipment and tackle I do not want or need. If some one did this they would get a an even better deal on the boat in the long run.

If you do decide to parse these elements please let me know. I have a boat (or 2) but NEVER enough tackle.

Hopefully you have already sold your rig.
Take a look at ebay; search 280411609225, this guy is selling his tackle as one lot, might work for you? Matt's suggestion to break it into more specific lots could work better. Otherwise you may be giving your tackle away whenever you do sell your rig.
Good luck.
