this is probably old news but just a heads-up--i was looking at my tohatsu portable gas tank and the neopreme gasket is cracked and disentergrating, so i was looking for a 6 gal merc plastic tank replacement, i have a metal one, when i came upon a thread which stated ethanol is eating up older fiberglas tanks on bass-boats or any boat for that matter and is causing boats to run rough when rubber and bits and pieces get in the carbs-----X
