body length: the jacket comes to belt line and the parka covers to about the pants pocket.
get the parka, cause when you sit down the jacket style usually rides up leaving your lower back exposed

Depends on if you like to wear alot of clothes under your rain gear. I have the insulated and on warm rain days I just wear shorts under them........

I don't have a problem with the jacket riding up. I still have plenty of overlap with the jacket & bibs combo. No issues with the combo keeping me dry.

Might be more on an issue for a tall person. I am 5'7".

BTW, I prefer uninsulated. In winter, I usually keep the bibs/jacket on all day. Just remove insulating layers as needed.

I have both jacket and parka and bibs and the non- insulated is fine for around the Delta, Berryessa and south, but if you fish father north you may want the insulated or dress in layers with the non insulated

Especially for women - even with the elastic bottom on the jacket loosened, it rides right up our curves to the waist.

Bibbs + jacket
Pants + parka

I have uninsulated stuff, and layer under it, since I live in SoCal, and it doesn't get that cold here.
