I'm headed up to Yosemite to go camping in May, and was thinking about driving to Millerton lake campground Thursday night and then heading into the valley Friday A.M.. Anyone know if they close the gates at night, or if it's a bad neighborhood. Thanks for any info, Phil

The Fresno side is locked at night, you can camp on the Madera side, that is where the campgrounds are.
