All I can say is wow! Keith really hit a homerun with this rod. The lightest, best balanced crankin stick I've ever used. It has a spot on tip for those accurate casts and delivers the distance with such great ease. This is a must have rod for you serious crankin guys and it even handles a spinnerbait and ripbait beautifully. Great job Keith on this one. Doesn't suprise me, It's a Powell, enough said!

I just got my 806 CB, unreal rod. You can sling a Basstrix a mile and the tip allows the fish to suck in the bait better while the 8' rod sets the hook easily. Cudos to Keith again.....

Well if one of you nice men from Cali would send me one I'd be happy to try it...

I know everything else I have purchased from Powell has survived a beating and performed flawlessly in LA, AR, and TX.

I guess if I hadnt made a man fish out of a boat that looked like it was designed by Stevie Wonder he mighta left me one huh?

Hey Doc,

Let's hope that you don't see what he saw when you are operating on somebody, shooot. They would be in a heap of trouble if you started seeing colors like that.

For real. I'm glad ya'll all like these sticks. Keep paying attention because there's more to come. Hopefully we won't dissapoint.

Performance and price is our motto, always has been and it always will be. As you know, our goods have and will continue to have high end fuji hardware and high modulus materials for a very reasonable price, that's the Powell difference.

I appreciate ya'll very much. You all prove to me on a daily basis that we are doing it right. If we aren't you can always call me directly and voice your feedback.

Thanks again,

Keith Bryan

Well, I for one have a love hate relationship with them. Always been a Lamiglas man but Marc Crutcher introduced them to me and now I hate them. I'm old, retired and poor but I keep spending my meagal allowance on them. They are so good there is no comparison with many rods I have had in the past. I hate spending the money on them but there are so many mdls. I don't have I keep going. Latest is the 8' flipping stick. Had to do some modifications on it because of a crippled hand but it feels good. Come on Rodman, fill up.

Well I have to say that the 754 glass rod was friggin out of this world and if the 804 is all of that I dont think I can handle it.

That 804 looks like one mean distance casting crankbait rod! Not a crank stick, but my personal favorite is the 733CEF. The rod is super versatile and absolutely perfect in every way.

I only use spinning rods and haven't been dissatisfied with any Powell I've bought.
