I would think that if you are certified quagga free at one California lake (Clear Lake), that you should be good to go at another. At this point it's all about revenue and not that little mussel IMO.

Slayer, I think your right about the revenue thing, and here's an example..it states on the BOR Quagga Certificate that if the certificate isn't in your trucks windshield you can get a citation. yet there's no one at the lake to inspect your boat or give you a certificate. The first and only time I've seen it is at the BOR website.So how many of you have a printer in your truck?

Looks like the Bureau of Rec. is running low on brainpower. Don't they know how to run a spell check on their PDF's? At the bottom of the form it says,

"THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING LAKE BERRYESSAS" or should it read, "LAKE BERRYESSASS"

That is the form the ranger gives out when he is at Capel. He wasn't there yesterday. How are you supposed to have the form on your dash if he's not there?
