Is there Bass in the Petaluma River?

Just moved to Petaluma. Is there any Bass in the Petaluma River?

Striped bass, yes. Other species I've heard of being caught but not so much lately or in some time. Rob Belloni over at calfishing.com liekly knows a lot more.

Mudsucker country for sure!...Guys use to trap that slough heading in to Bell Marin Keys for mudsuckers...Lot of salt over that way...Try catching mudsuckers, if you get on em', it's a blast...Grass shrimp or red worms will do for bait...
