Congrats to George Coniglio, a resident and lake local who fishes the lake daily for catching a huge and I must say beautiful 16.6 lber!....and in the 2nd week of May nonetheless!!!! I saw this fish myself and was just as excited for George as himself......this guy along with his and my friend Bill, fish Mission Viejo on a daily basis in search of trophy bass. It doesn't quite beat the current lake record at 17.6lbs......but it's Georges personal best fish after many many many years on the lake. If he and Bill keep at it, one of them will break the record.....and possibly the big record! Great job again George!...how about posting a pic of that "HOSS"?....can we do that here now?

This further proves that ALL of our lakes (North & South) are WAY behind this year (no doubt due to the very abundant rain and late storms). Congrats to George on his outstanding catch!
