Guess the “Total Weight” of the winning Club at the upcoming Club Classic this Saturday, 16 October 2010. Each club will have 6 boat, 2 anglers per boat, and that could be a maximum of 30 Bass. Your guess can’t go over the winning weight and the close one wins.

The prize will be a complete set of Danny Miller Punching Weighs (3/4oz, 1oz, 1-1/2oz, and 2oz – 4 each) – Thanks Danny for helping! As Danny would say – Punch This!

There are a few simple rules for this contest that are as follows:

1. Guess is limited to one per person for this Web site.
2. The first person to make the winning guess or the closes without going over will win.
3. No edited posts will be allowed. Any guess that is edited will be automatically disqualified.
4. Guessing will end at midnight Friday, October 15, 2010 as shown by date and posting time.
5. Guesses must be made in hundredths (1/100ths) of a pound (ie: 147.44 lbs).

Winner will be announced Sunday, 17 October.

This year we have 7 clubs (12 anglers each) that will be fishing (84 anglers, 42 boats) which is two club more then last year. We will be holding the Club Classic each year in October – that way the Clubs can put it on their schedule.

12 guys only caught 56lbs of bass? Thats like less then 5lbs a angler how'd that happen?

It was a team tournament for one thing. Almost a 10 pound average for 5 fish per boat for Sacramento. So the guess was supposed to be for 30 fish total. I think 70 or 80 pounds for 6 teams is the most that ever won the Classic.

Hey Marty, left you a PM. Our club had a great time even though we couldn't produce on game day (BassBusters) The Delta Bass Club did another awesome job with the tournament, so, thanks first and foremost to you guys. And thanks for putting on this contest!

My bad I did not see TEAMS! I was thinking each guy had to catch 5 bass like a draw
Not saying 10 lbs was bad just saying I exspected each guy to catch 10 lbs that 120lbs with 12 anglers from each club. I know the bite is tough and 2lbders have been good fish, most guys I have talked to over the last month has reported only catching dinks with a 2lb'der thrown in.

I was not saying they should have gotten more I am no stick, I get excited when I finally find and figure out the bigger fish thats what I love most about bass fishing is trying to figure them out and I struggle some times so when it comes togeather I am STOKED, I DID THAT! So please dont take me posting pics as being arrogant becuase its the complete opposite. Its just me being proud,excited,stoked ,etc...
