If it sounds too good to be true.....
The story goes...I've been transferred overseas, the boat is in holding at a shipping business and there is no way to see the boat. Tell them you have a rep in what ever city they say that will inspect the boat, still you won't be able to see the boat.
But they will send you an official looking webpage claiming the boat is in secure storage and to send the money, it's guaranteed safe.
Set up a substitute email addy with a fake name like, Heywood Jabloemee or Hugh Drection and tell them you want the boat, send a fake address like, 1469 Monkespankr Road, Cuzinpoon, Alabama.
Then tell em you found the same boat for way less and just mess with em for awhile.

This is the same boat that is on Ebay, starting bid $20,000, located in Missouri. Look close and you can see the cf #.

I was able to see the CF# and it appears to be from Mosourri. At 10 grand they should be able to deliver it to you and pick up the funds.
If it sounds to good to be true then you know the rest
