Jerseys for St. Jude

Hi Guys,
I just wanted to share with you an effort my friend and I are organizing to help raise funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. It is called Jerseys for St. Jude. We are raising funds for this effort in support of the annual Dick Hiley / St. Jude Bass Classic held in Wabasha, MN on the Mississippi River. In its 13th year, the tournament has raised nearly $1 Million for St. Jude. I know the event is a long ways from western waters, but universally, it is a good cause!
The first part of the fundraiser is an autographed jersey EBay auction. I have over a dozen donated jerseys so far, including KVD, Wendlandt, Lefebre, Gagliardi, Iaconelli, Velvick, Duckett, Moynagh, and several other guys. 4-5 jerseys will be auctioned each week until mid-February. We will even have an auction for a new Gemini tournament jersey. Western legend John Murray's jersey is up for auction this week! Be rest assured that 100% of your bid will go directly to St. Jude. My friend and I will be covering all listing and final value EBay fees.
The second part is a prize drawing for persons that donate $25 or more. This part of the effort allows people to donate to St. Jude and have a chance to win a ton of valuable prizes. o far, I have received donations from Dobyns Rods (new Savvy Series Rod), new American Rod Smiths Limit Stix (donated by Legend Boats), 3 x $40 tackle packs from All Terrain Tackle, a great 2011 New Products package from Rapala, apparel from In-Depth Outdoors, MinnKota / Humminbird Caps and children's T-Shirts, and autographed photos / trading cards from some pros.. There are a ton of prizes and more will be added in the upcoming weeks. With every $25 donation increment (less than the cost of one day of boat gas...), the donor will receive one entry into the drawing that will be held at the end of February. Please check this out... To date, we have received only one donation. We have over $700 in prizes right now, so odd are great that you will win something!
