I wanted to remind everyone that I'll be holding the next tournament in the USAC Southern California Region on Sunday, Feb. 13 at Lake Pyramid. From recent reports and people I've spoken to, it sounds like the bite has picked up as we get closer and closer to Spring each day.

I expect an excellent turnout as this region has grown by about 400% from last years average. Thanks to our loyal sponsors, we're able to offer the best giveaways in the state bar none. In fact, our regions raffle is better than any pro/am!

The bite up at Pyramid has been really good, This should be a real fun event for all who show up.

Remember guys that the lake will open up aprroximately one hour early for us so try to be there by 5:00am for sign-ups. When they open the gate for us and let us in, they'll close it so the general public doesn't get in.

I hope that Persian guy chokes on his hot dog! Last time I was there, I offered him $200 to bring his cart inside the gate next to our weigh in so he could serve you guys hot dogs and he told me he wanted $300.

Thats funny I always wondered about that guy. Ive always waited the 40min and spent my money at buffalo wild wings, nothings better than hot wings and cold beer after a day of winter fishing. I havnt fished in a couple of weeks but i bet that water has cleared up.

FYI guys, if you just ask the guy he'll tell you that he is armenian. NOT PERSIAN NOT IRANIAN! Geez just put a bullet in the poor guys head....lol
