Eventhough CarbonPro is (imo) their best line, they have discontinued it and are pushing more "user friendly" lines such as AbrazX and InvizX that are more limp with less memory...and in my mind, an inferior line.

I still have a couple filler spools of carbon pro. But when it's gone I will go to P-line. I can't afford that tatsu stuff, but it's awsome. Invisx is good but pline is close and I can get it spun on cheap here local.

I had major prblems with p-line because it twisted up to easily. I switched to invis-x and red-label and the issue of twist was gone.P-line does cast better though (longer). I always spooled it my self at home.

I used the Carbon Pro until discontinued...I use it for leader material with my power pro. I switched to red label and have had no problems. I caught an 8 pounder yeasterday at Casitas with 10 pound power pro dbl uni and 8 pound red label....Took me awhile but I got her in without incident so I'll keep using it.

My partner and I caught 26.85# of spots in a tourney saturday. I was using 8# pline flouro. It served it's purpose but it's completely shot now.

looks like when I run out of the carbon pro, I'll take a look at the red label line, good price, if I like it might have to get a couple of bulk spools...
Out of curiosity, whatcha think of the sun line sniper flourocarbon? A wee bit pricy, but not as bad as the shooter. I tried the shooter once and it was crap, but Ray L said it was just prolly a bad roll...

The best buy on Sunline floro is the Guide Special, more line and less money. When I first fished a Rico I forgot the rod I tied the bait on had floro and just didn't work right, so what is the best floro line for top water baits ? Just jokin'....
